Ledman Strategic Planning Seminar for the next Three Years was Held

From 2:30pm on Dec 5th, 2010, Ledman strategic planning seminar for the next three years was held in the VIP lounge in Jinhui Hotel. All senior management staff attended the seminar and the dinner party.

Mr. Martin Lee, CEO and president of Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. then briefly introduced the sustainable development tendency of the company and the challenges we are encountering at this moment so as to open a brain storm, discussing the development directions for the next three years.

The seminar consists of strategic planning for each department and the overall strategic planning for the whole company including the sales plans, R&D plans, product plans, marketing, financial, operation, quality control, HR, procedure improvement, standard planning, patent planning, mergers and acquisition planning, etc.

The seminar starts with the newly filmed promotion video program which consists of five parts: LC Industry introduction, Advantage Integration, Fast growing and leadership, Promising Future. The video program is a combination of traditional culture and modern conceptions, with historical depth, rich culture implication, profound artistic concept and elegance all rolled into one.

All participants shared their ideas and efforts during the discussion, of all the topics involved, product positioning, new products’ launching, quality control, enterprise quality standard, integration of the supply chains, patents and brand protection, procedure management, employee training, R&D innovation and supervision system are all main topics.

Ms. Mary Wang, VP of Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. said that technology, quality and brand are the three most important issues for this company. The management level should be a team where every manager is highly fulfilled with a sense of ownership and realizes that he/she is on the same boat with the whole enterprise.

The reason that Ledman becomes a leading company in her industry within such short time is that Ledman’s mission and vision pushed every of her employees to concentrate on product, quality and customer service since her establishment in 2004. Ledman passed the inspection of CSRC on Nov. 12th, 2010 and will be the first Shenzhen-based company public listed and the 2nd in China from LED industry. We are facing opportunities yet shouldering more challenges. But we firmly believe that following the instructions and strategy directions proposed from this meeting, Ledman will make even more progress in the near future and assume more responsibility to the industry and the society.
