On May 27th, 2014, Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300162) officially declared that Ledman successfully held 51% shares of Shenzhen Apexls Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. by increasing funds, owned absolutely by Ledman, to RMB 52,040,000.

Shenzhen Apexls Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in creative LED display industry. With its mastery of advanced technologies for creative LED displays, products of Apexls obtain comparatively high market competitiveness, as well as its marketing channels.
