Ledman Successfully Developed Outdoor High-Resolution LED Display P3.9

Recently Ledman officially proclaimed its success in developing outdoor high-resolution LED display P3.9, on the base of the application of the new launched Diamond 2623, the smallest outdoor full-color SMD component in the world.
