Ledman Successfully Launched the Smallest Outdoor Full-color SMD Component

The other day, Ledman officially announced its success in development of the smallest water-proof SMD component, which is generally applied to outdoor full-color LED display. For sure, Ledman attains the absolute independent intellectual property rights of it.

This new product is publicly named as Black Diamond 2623. It is PLCC packaged with a dimension of 2.68mm x 2.36mm x 2.40mm (Length x width x Height). To be ideally applied in outdoor full-color HD LED display, it is water-proof, damp-resistant, high & low temperature tolerant, anti-UV, and salt spray resistant. Also it has pretty good performance in brightness, angle, contrast and softness etc. Meanwhile, the most unbelievable breakthrough, comparing with the present limitation of P6 (6mm) and only 27,777 pixels per square meter, is that when using this component the minimum pixel pitch can be P3.9 (3.9mm) and the number of pixels can reach to 65,746 per square meter. This landmark progress can definitely meet the need of high-resolution when watching within 6 meters, which is impossible to achieve when applying 3528 or other SMD products with similar dimensions.
