Ledman was Invited to the 2010 Investment Introduction & Promotion Meeting of HZZK

In order to attract excellent enterprises to invest in HZZK National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the 2010 Investment Introduction & Promotion Meeting of HZZK organized by HZZK Committee was ceremoniously held in Shenzhen on Nov. 26th. As the first and the only Shenzhen-based LED Company publicly traded in China, Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. was invited as VIP. Mr. Martin Lee, General Manager of Ledman, together with several other entrepreneurs addressed their speeches on the meeting.

Ms. Zhang Ying, Deputy Mayor of Municipal Standing Committee presented on the meeting on behalf of Huizhou government. She expressed her wishes to HZZK and proposed instructions for the development of HZZK. Mr. Yang Pengfei, Vice Party Secretary of HZZK made his speeches and he pointed out that there would be five main industries in HZZK National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone: LED industry, new generation mobile and network industry, LCD industry, new energy industry and digital audio-visual industries.

As the most important industry HZZK will focus on for the next few years, LED in turn will play a pivotal role in HZZK. As the 2nd publicly listed company in LED industry in China and the 1st in Shenzhen, Ledman also signed contract with HZZK and purchased a land which is about 5 million square meters. The land will be used as new production base for Ledman’s display, lighting products and components.

Ledman invested 150 million Yuan for the first phase on two projects----high-end LED displays & LED lighting products and high-brightness encapsulation LED which will assure more than 10,000 sqm displays, 400,000pcs tubes and 754 million per year, thus double and even triple the production capability and achieve better scale merits.

As a leading LED enterprise in China, Ledman will take good use of the platform provided by HZZK and further consolidate her leadership in this industry and make her contribution to the LED industry in China and the development of HZZK National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.
