Ms. Zhang Jinyang Came to Ledman Again to Present Training Courses

9:00am, Oct 24th, in the Activity Room, the fifth floor of Ledman building. Ms.Zhang Jinyang, the Top 10 Female Training Professional came to Ledman again and presented her training course ‘18 win-win negotiations’. More than 110 persons from domestic sales dept., overseas sales dept., lighting application sales dept. and some other depts.participated in the course.

Ms. Zhang well prepared her training contents based on the current situation of Ledman. The whole course consists of three parts: the theory part, case analysis and actual maneuvers.

The training combines enjoyment, practicability and efficiency. Ms. Zhang’s passion and humor gained applauses from the trainees. And there are also very heated discussions and debates during the presentation which created very active atmosphere on the training spot.

The nine-hour training finished at 6:15pm, General Manager Mr. Martin Lee addressed a conclusion speech during which he fully acknowledged this training and praised the diligent attitude of all the trainees. He said that Ledman would have more and more training opportunities like this. Ledman is a school where everyone gets trained and improved. He also expressed his wishes that all trainees cherish the opportunities of learning and working, that all will make their contributions to the society.
