Recently, Nan Mei Qiao Bao reported that Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. has finished the case of Brazil National AM Club stock-acquisition in the news CHINESE ENTERPRISE ACQUIRES BRAZIL FC, HOPES TO WITNESS A NEW CAMPEONATO BRASILEIRO SERIE A CLUB (compiled by Qiao Zhang, pressed on the date April 5, 2018).

Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Ledman) now solemnly declares that the content of the abovementioned news report is not consistent with the fact, which is a false and misrepresented report. Ledman Sports is one of the departments of Ledman instead of a subsidiary, which is not an independent business entity. No aforesaid acquisition has been made by filiales and subsidiaries of Ledman. All information is subject to our official media and statement on information disclosure media designated by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
