On 27th,March,2017,we warmly welcome 20 new trainees to join our big family, for the development needs. We believe high potential elites will be born and create more benefit for Ledman.

Every year, we pay great attention to provide our best support to the graduates’ further development. A well planned training class was made for them to better understand our corporate culture, business plan, as well as their career plan.

The whole training cause is divided into Three Phases.

In the first Phase, trainees were arranged to the head office, located in Shenzhen, and this phase lasts for 1 week, aiming to help them adapt to the corporate environment, to understand the corporate culture and product business scope.

Causes in the first phase includes New Employee Introduction Training, Brand Culture, Occupational Habit, Ledman Football Culture, Oversea Market Introduction and Fire Safety. With Ledman experienced Trainers, I believe all the Trainees will get more than they expected.

In the second Phase, from 5th,April to 14h,April,trainees were sent to Ledman Huizhou Factory for a further study. Cause in this phase is aimed to enhance their understanding about LED manufacturing.

And they are arrange to accept training such as Huizhou Function Introduction, LED Encapsulation Introduction, LED Display Order Process Introduction, LED display Basic Knowledge,

LED Display Production Technology, LED Quality Requirements, Quality Situation and Systematic Control and Technical Support.

In the Third Phase, from 17th to 21st,April,they will come back to Ledman Head Office in Shenzhen, starting their study for the Business Scope, Visiting Ledman Subsidaries, Forum with Officer. At last, they will make a presentation to show what they have got during this time.

We all look forward to finding out what surprise the new blood will bring to Ledman.
