Ledray Intelligent Control SZ Co., Ltd.(herein after referred to as “LMR”), officially established in 2014, is Ledman’s holding subsidiary. It is Sino-foreign Joint Venture Company co-founded by Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as “Ledman”), Canada Media Resources(herein after referred to as “MR”) and Shenzhen Ledray Electronics Co., Ltd(herein after referred to as “Ledray”). Ledman held 40% shares of LMR Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.
Ledray specializes in the development, production and sales of LED display control system. Most of core technicians have rich experience of more than a decade in LED control system industry. They, with strong development capability, are professional in Digital Display Technology, Network Technology, Computer Software, Multimedia Technology, Embedded System, and Video Processing Technology etc.
After the join-in of Ledman and MR, Ledray officially renamed itself as LMR Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. After years of efforts, LMR now has a series of products, all with completely independent intelligent property, such as Media Editing and Play-out Software, Video Synchronous Control System for LED display, Asynchronous Control System Based on Embedded System, LED Display Control System, LED Display Colorimetric Correction System and Video Processor etc. By organic combination of these systems, LMR is able to provide highly customized control system for Digital Display Industry like LED and LCD.
